M.R. in L.A. I've enjoyed your restaurant many times but today work brought in your food so I had my first opportunity to try your catering. I tried your Persimmon Salad for the first time and the dressing is just outstanding! So flavorful and delicious. Although it seemed like you substituted oranges for persimmons - I want to try this again the next time I come in. Also, you brought in a lot of delicious sauces. I'd love to see these sauces more at your restaurant - they make everything even better.8 months ago

debsterchen The food you served today at Idealab was excellent. I have been to your restaurant once before and my family loved the food. This has reminded me that we need to come back. Two thoughts: my husband thought that he'd prefer an option to a heavier rice bi bim bop. Perhaps you can offer that as a choice (or maybe you already do). I also did not love the dressing on the salad - a little too salty of a choice for a salad dressing, in my opinion.8 months ago

Anonymous Absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, the veggies and fruit in the salads were all very fresh, and everything was perfectly seasoned. I even may have found a new favorite salad dressing.

M.R. in L.A. Cham is the best! I try to go here once a week for lunch. I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it is all outstanding. The SSAM garden platters and the Bibimbop are so fresh and crisp - very refreshing. The Topokki is delicious and unique - it's kind of similar to gnocchi made with rice flour. And a tofu pocket or a steamed bun are a great way to start your meal. A really great and delicious place to eat!8 months ago
